You missed the workshop but can purchase the replay!

Are you a painter looking for ways to make your artwork stand out? If so, you may have heard of the importance of values in a painting. But what are values, and why are they important?

When painting, it is essential to consider the range of values with varying shades of light and dark. If a painting has only light, medium, and dark values, the result can be incredibly limited, resulting in a flat, dull, and lifeless painting. With too few values, there is no variation or depth, which can easily create problems with perspective and make it difficult to create an interesting painting.
